I absolutely love photographing people with the snow. The colors just POP (it’s actually the only time that I’ll be happy when a client wears red – haha). Winters also seem to have the BEST light. It’s either perfectly even or the sun is a beautiful orange, all the time. Perfect for photography.

In Montreal however, we have some of the harshest winters around. -40 celius is not uncommon at all. So what’s a client to do?! Well, you can brave the cold like these two! We went to Old Port and celebrated their engagement.
