I only take a maximum of 20 weddings per year. This is to makes sure that my attention is focused on my brides and grooms. Too many weddings is too much retouching! I also only book 1 wedding per week end. That way it’s you and only you.
Absolutely, I love to travel and discover new places. I take on contracts to many unique destinations. I have traveled to Costa Rica, Dominican, Europe and West of Canada.
Yes I do! The reason people love my photographs is because of the look I give them. It takes a lot of work to get it that way but it’s my pride and joy so I retouch ALL your photos one-by-one.
No. The reason for this, is simple. Black and white photos has a timeless feel to it. Although i loooveee Black and white, I feel like not every photo deserves to be converted. In short, 85% of your photos will be in beautiful color, and you will receive the black and white version of the photos that deserve that classic feel.
Nop, I do not give out photos that aren’t retouched.
Yes, the High-Rez digital files on USB are available in all of my wedding packages; and they are delivered upon receiving your album if you requested one. Images are selected and edited at the my discretion. I reserve the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within my artistic standards. For portrait and Lifestyle sessions, full resolution photos are sold separately.
There’s an average of between 50-70 images per hour – more than a photo per minute! So you don’’t have to worry, your event will be very well documented! Final amount can vary between 500-900 for weddings and 75-200 for Lifestyle sessions.
No. You see, wedding photography is one of the most unpredictable, hardest types of photography in the business. We are placed in different situations and are expected to “manage”. Different colors, Low light, NO light, too much sun, harsh shadows, rain, lightning and, oh so much more. It’’s hard to say how many photos you’ll end up with because we never know what could happen. Someone that has an outdoor wedding and a reception in a well lit room will get more photos than someone that’’s in a small dark church and a reception outdoors, in the dark for less hours. It all depends.
I require a 1000$ deposit (500$ for small weddings) along with your contract to book the date. This deposit makes sure that I book your wedding Date in my calendar for you. It promises you that all my time will be given to you. The remaining balance due 7 days prior to the wedding date. Please remember that dates are limited. They are first-come, first-serve … booked once I receive the contract and reservation fee. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Your session allows for two outfits total. Bright colors are always great. Being comfortable and being yourself is the most important thing. If you need any further direction, let’s have a talk and figure it out together.
No sorry, I don’t. I feel that to get the best photographs, you need to specialize in something and I choose weddings. I’m very busy already and taking on newborns too would be too much for me at the moment. I also feel that it’s very important to find someone who is specialized in Newborns to trust with your little one. It could be dangerous for him if not! If you are looking to getting photos of your little one, let me know and I’ll help you find the perfect photographer for you.
Generally if it is just a light mist, we will proceed with the session. We actually shot a few weddings in the rain and the pictures turned out amazing! Bring along an umbrella just in case! I take couples inside local coffee shops, under bridges etc. until the rain passes. However, in the case of heavy downpours, we will re-schedule the session for another time. Despite what some people may think, cloudy days are fantastic for photos.
YES! Photography is very tricky and it doesn’t happen by Magic! If you like my work and want me to photograph you or your family in my style.. we shoot at sunset. Mid-day has very harsh and white lighting and it just doesn’t produce the same type of photos… so… that’s it! Sunset! For more info.. contact me! If you have any other questions, Just contact me using the CONTACT ME button.
It kinda depends of the time of the year. Between April and October, I’m in my wedding season so my saturdays and sundays are mostly booked up. It’s ok though because, since I work at sunset, my sessions are usually around 5pm or 7pm which means that I can cater to your session after you come back from your work 🙂
Unless you are OK with it, we don’t have to show anything. Your shoot can stay private. I do ask for 5 photos though, which you choose. Showing your photos allows us to advertise and get more awesome clients like you but if you rather the rest of our session stays private, it’s totally up to you. I recommend bringing an outfits that’s not so revealing.
The reason you bring your own clothing is simple: You tried it on and you bought it because you feel sexy in it! That’s the main goal with the session after all, if you came to the studio and tried on outfits and didn’t like them, you wouldn’t feel as good as if you were in your own. If you need a little help with choosing an awesome set of outfits, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help you out!
It’s you have mark of your body that “aren’t you” such as acne or cellulite, we will remove some in the retouching process. I do want you to see yourself how you are now. However, I won’t make you lose 10 lbs or make your eyes blue. Let me show you how pretty you are as is with the use of posing and lighting. I’m not a professional retoucher, so if you have severe acne, i might not be able to do it. Give us a call and let’s talk about it.
OF COURSE it’s ok! I have shot women of all ages and sizes. Everyone has the right to feel sexy and beautiful and I’m here to help you. Give us a call and we can talk about what style of clothing you should bring based of your age/size and i’ll take care of the rest during our photoshoot together.
Makeup for the everyday and makeup for a photoshoot isn’t the same process. For that reason, I offer hair and makeup by professionals in all my packages. So no need to worry, you just need to show up and you are good. If you are a man however, makeup and hair can be removed.
Sure. I understand how it can be scary to walk in to a photographer’s studio for the first time. For this reason, I allow 1 friend to come with you if it makes you feel more comfortable. However, during your shoot, your friend needs to stay in the other room.
Absolutely. Once you decide on what you would like (album, canvas, etc), you must pay for it for me to begin work on the design. I cannot order any product unless it’s paid in full.
With a notice of 72 hours, Absolutely. Things come up and sometimes a date no longer works, so I’m happy to make the changes for you. However, if you contact me to reschedule within 72 hours of your shoot (or you forget to show up) your 100$ retainer is not transferable. When you book with me, I schedule the stylist to be there to prep you at a certain time, and I block off those hours to shoot with you.
Yes! I keep your photos for up to 1-year after your shoot date. However, technology sometimes fails us and something might happen to my files. If I lose your photos by the time you come back to pick more, there’s nothing I can do.
Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable.
In Montreal, in my studio on St-Ambroise.

Once you let me know what date you’d like to shoot, my studio manager, Kim, will send you a contract. The contract must be signed and a non-refundable retainer is due to reserve your shoot day/time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot, by personal check or by Interact E-transfer online. I also offer payment plans if you need a bit of flexibility in order to afford the package you really want to book.
